1. Nature of the Service

NearbyRozgar is an intermediary platform connecting hyper-local small business owners ("Job Givers") with nearby employment candidates ("Job Seekers"). We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or labor contractor.

2. Pricing & Fair Charging Policy

Job Seekers are **100% free forever**. No registration fee, application charge, security deposit, or commission is ever levied on candidates.

Job Givers pay a flat prepaid listing maintenance fee of ₹50 per month for each active vacancy. Givers may prepay for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months via UPI.

3. Prohibited Content & Abuse

Any vacancy involving multi-level marketing (MLM), upfront deposit demands from candidates, illegal activities, or false business addresses will be immediately suspended and reported to law enforcement.
